Bos Wars is a futuristic real-time strategy game centered on a rate-based economy. Expanding production is not enough: your supply of energy and resources must keep pace with construction and combat. Secure useful terrain, protect infrastructure, and build a force suited to the map. Play skirmishes against computer opponents or explore the project's multiplayer and map-making options. It is a long-running open-source game rather than a newly released commercial title. The official Windows download is 2.6.1; newer source releases should not be confused with that Windows build.
