Respect people
No harassment, stalking, threats, hateful conduct, targeted humiliation, sexual harassment, doxxing, or encouragement of self-harm. Never exploit, sexualize, groom, or endanger a minor.
Keep content lawful and appropriately rated
No illegal content, non-consensual intimate material, credible violent threats, terrorist or extremist promotion, instructions intended to facilitate serious wrongdoing, or graphic sexual content. Mature game or marketplace content must carry an accurate rating and remain behind the appropriate age and content controls.
Protect trust
No scams, phishing, malware, deceptive downloads, fake reviews, artificial engagement, impersonation, spam, unauthorized advertising, or attempts to manipulate wallets, payments, gifts, or marketplace systems.
Respect ownership
Upload only content you created, licensed, or are otherwise permitted to use. Publishers must be authorized to distribute every submitted build, image, soundtrack, trademark, and dependency.
Reporting and blocking
Use the report option beside content or a player when available, block users who should not contact you, or submit the content link and details through the content report form. Do not misuse reporting tools to harass users or suppress lawful criticism.
Teen safety
Do not ask a minor to move a conversation off-platform, conceal communications, share personal or sexual information, or bypass guardian controls. Suspicious grooming, exploitation, sextortion, cyberbullying, or threats involving a minor should be reported immediately through the in-product report tools or Support.
Review and enforcement
NeonRoof may use automated signals and human review to investigate reports. Responses can include removing content, limiting reach or messaging, age-gating material, warning an account, suspending features, removing marketplace access, preserving evidence, or reporting serious threats to appropriate authorities.
Appeals
If you believe an enforcement decision was mistaken, submit the account name, content or report reference, and a concise explanation through Support. Appeals are reviewed by someone other than the original reporter when practicable.
