Respect for copyright
NeonRoof LLC respects intellectual-property rights and expects users, developers, and sellers to upload or distribute only material they are authorized to use. NeonRoof may remove or disable access to material when it receives a complete, good-faith copyright notice or otherwise learns that material is unlawful.
Submitting a copyright notice
Send an electronic copyright notice to NeonSupport@neonroof.com with the subject DMCA Copyright Notice. A complete notice should include:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if one notice covers multiple works.
- Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material, including the exact NeonRoof URL or listing identifier.
- Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
NeonRoof may forward the notice, including the claimant's contact information, to the affected uploader or publisher. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation may create liability.
Counter-notices
If your material was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to NeonSupport@neonroof.com with the subject DMCA Counter-Notice. Include your physical or electronic signature; identification of the removed material and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief removal resulted from mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, and telephone number. You must also consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate United States federal district court and accept service of process from the original claimant or that person's agent.
NeonRoof may restore material after forwarding a valid counter-notice if the claimant does not timely notify NeonRoof of a court action, as permitted by law.
Repeat-infringer policy
In appropriate circumstances, NeonRoof will suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers. NeonRoof may consider complete notices, counter-notices, court orders, retractions, clear abuse of the notice process, and other reliable evidence. Users may not evade enforcement by creating another account.
Other rights complaints
Trademark, counterfeit, impersonation, privacy, illegal-content, or other rights complaints can be submitted through Report content or NeonRoof Support. Include the exact URL, the right involved, your authority, and enough evidence to evaluate the report.
