Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using NeonRoof, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines. You must be at least 13 and meet the minimum digital-consent age where you live. If you are not legally able to enter a contract, a parent or guardian must approve your use. Transactions require legal capacity or guardian authorization.
Your account
You are responsible for accurate information, a secure password, activity performed through your account, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. Accounts and platform access may not be sold, rented, or used to evade enforcement.
Acceptable use
Do not use NeonRoof to break the law, harm others, distribute malware, infringe rights, manipulate reviews or transactions, bypass security, scrape protected data, spam users, impersonate others, or interfere with the service. Community activity must follow the Community Guidelines.
Games, software, and third-party services
Games and services may be provided by NeonRoof or independent publishers. Their licenses, system requirements, support obligations, privacy practices, and additional terms may apply. NeonRoof may download, install, update, verify, launch, or remove software only after a user-authorized action. Availability can vary by device, account, region, age rating, or publisher decision.
Purchases and refunds
The seller, currency, price, taxes, delivery terms, and any recurring charge must be shown before checkout. Refund eligibility is governed by the seller terms displayed at checkout and applicable law. Contact Support for duplicate, unauthorized, undelivered, or defective transactions. Platform credits and blockchain-related features are not bank accounts, deposits, or promises of profit.
Your content
You keep ownership of content you create. You give NeonRoof a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, reproduce, format, display, and distribute it only as needed to operate and promote the feature where you submitted it. You must have the rights to anything you upload. Content may be removed or restricted when it violates law, these terms, or our guidelines.
Publisher and seller activity
Publishing games or marketplace products requires approval and acceptance of the Publisher Terms. Submission does not guarantee listing, promotion, or continued availability.
Enforcement and service changes
NeonRoof may warn, limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce rules, comply with law, or secure the service. Features may change as the platform develops. Where practical, we will provide notice of material changes or discontinuation.
Disclaimers and liability
NeonRoof is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not exclude warranties or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, NeonRoof is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, third-party content, or events outside reasonable control.
