What players should know
Soldat puts multiplayer firefights into compact side-view arenas. Jump, fly with a jetpack, aim with the mouse and use the terrain to reach an objective or outmaneuver another player. Capture the Flag, team battles and other modes put the movement system to work in different ways. Offline bot matches provide somewhere to practice. This is the official full standalone Soldat 1.7.1.1 package, not Soldat 2. The download is a ZIP containing the original installer. Public source code and later community builds are separate from this packaged release. Online server availability and version compatibility depend on the community. How do I install Soldat on PC? Extract soldat1711.zip, then run the included soldat1711.exe installer. Follow setup and launch the installed Soldat game. Do not treat the installer itself as the game executable.
