What SIGIL II changes
SIGIL II follows the first SIGIL with nine maps for the original Doom. It was released for Doom's 30th anniversary and emphasizes demanding classic encounters.
This is the free v1.0 release with James Paddock's MIDI soundtrack. THORR's separately sold soundtrack and collector artwork are not bundled. The linked video is an exclusive showcase and interview with John Romero.
Before you install
Required game and tools
An owned DOOM.WAD from registered Doom or The Ultimate Doom, plus a compatible source port such as GZDoom. This is for Doom, not Doom II; a shareware IWAD is insufficient.
Installation
Extract SIGIL_II_V1_0.zip and read SIGIL_II_README_V1_0.txt. Load DOOM.WAD in GZDoom and add SIGIL_II_V1_0.WAD. Select the SIGIL II episode and a suitable difficulty.
