Ironvale Tactics is coming to players
Ironvale Tactics is a turn-based strategy game about defending a remote industrial settlement from a spreading crystalline blight. Players organize small specialist squads, restore damaged rail lines, and decide which districts can be held when winter closes the mountain passes.
Battles use compact maps built around elevation, destructible cover, heat management, and rescue objectives. Engineers can redirect foundry power or repair walkers in the field, scouts establish safe movement lanes, and shield units create temporary protection for civilians. Decisions made between missions determine which equipment, allies, and defensive positions are available later.
Development is focused on making every tactical choice readable without removing uncertainty. The next milestones include expanded enemy behavior, settlement events, additional walker loadouts, and a public combat demonstration.
