What players should know
Pixel Wheels keeps its racing quick and readable: short tracks, sharp corners, and rivals who are happy to use a weapon when driving alone will not do. Unlock different vehicles and try to put together a clean lap before the next pickup changes the race. Play solo or share a screen with a friend. The Windows ZIP includes the game and its runtime, so there is no separate Java installation or Steam download to arrange. Is Pixel Wheels free? Yes. Aurélien Gâteau publishes the desktop builds and source code openly. Optional support purchases are separate from this free Windows package. Can I play locally with someone else? Yes. Desktop split-screen play is one of the game's features. The trailer and artwork are supplied through the developer's official website and itch.io page.
