Speed Dreams is a free open-source motorsport simulator built for players who want configurable racing rather than a single fixed championship. The game includes cars and tracks from different racing eras, several computer-controlled driver systems, real-time weather, multi-class events, career options, and local split-screen play. Current official builds are available for Windows and Linux, with an older macOS release also documented by the project. Code license: GPL-2.0-or-later with separately licensed components. Media/package license: Project assets use audited free licenses with per-asset attribution and exceptions documented upstream. Attribution and distribution: Speed Dreams is developed by the Speed Dreams community.
