What are you discovering in Spelunky Classic?

Spelunky Classic is the 2009 freeware original, not the later commercial HD remake. Each cave reshuffles its paths, enemies, and treasure. Use ropes and bombs carefully, save who you can, and accept that the next run will surprise you. The Windows ZIP is linked directly from Derek Yu's original game page. The first screenshot is the developer's Classic capture; the second is an independently captured widescreen image of the same version. The video shows Classic gameplay rather than the paid remake.
