TORCS is a racing simulator for people who enjoy learning how a car behaves. Pick a car and circuit, build up speed, and work on the braking points that make the next lap cleaner. It is also a long-running platform for developers experimenting with computer-controlled racing drivers. What does TORCS stand for? The Open Racing Car Simulator. You can drive races yourself; the AI-driver development tools are optional, not a requirement for playing. Which version is included? The official 64-bit Windows 1.3.9 installer from the TORCS project's SourceForge downloads. It does not require Steam. Windows may ask you to approve the original installer.
