About LMMS
LMMS is a desktop music-production tool for writing and arranging tracks with a song editor, piano roll, instruments, samples, and effects. Indie developers can use it to sketch a menu theme or create a looping level track before exporting audio for their game. It is a music workstation, not a library of ready-made game music.
The current stable Windows download on the official LMMS site is 1.2.2. This listing links to that stable 64-bit installer. Other platform downloads and newer prerelease builds are on the official project site.
