About Pixelorama

Pixelorama is a free, open-source pixel-art editor for creating game sprites, tilesets, animations, icons, and retro-style artwork. Its toolset includes layers, frames, onion skinning, palettes, indexed color, tilemap layers, pixel-perfect drawing, guides, grids, and algorithms tailored to crisp pixel transformations.

Artists can build frame-by-frame animation, preview tile repetition, apply non-destructive effects, import 3D models into layers, extend the editor, and export PNG images, spritesheets, GIFs, animated PNG files, and video. Desktop builds are available for Windows, macOS, and Linux, with web and experimental Android options.
